Position: Office Assistant (Maternity Cover)

We have launched the first mobile payment app in Bulgaria, the first utilities payment app in the UK, one of the first automated loyalty solutions in the US and a game changing payment acceptance solution with patent pending.

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Office Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start their career in administration and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office and help ensure smooth administrative processes
  • Support communication with internal and external partners via phone, email, and in person
  • Help organize meetings, company events, and other internal activities
  • Assist with business travel arrangements and related logistics
  • Maintain office supplies and keep track of inventory
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to colleagues and management
  • Welcome guests, partners, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments

Our Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Team player – someone who enjoys working with others and contributes to a positive workplace
  • Good organizational skillsattention to detail and ability to manage multiple small tasks
  • Basic computer knowledge – comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet
  • Responsible and reliable – completes tasks on time and takes pride in doing things well
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken
