Job Description
The Vice President of Finance will serve as the senior financial leader, partnering closely with the CEO and private equity ownership to drive financial strategy, operational insight and disciplined growth. This role oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and accounting while building stronger visibility into company performance through analytics, KPIs and improved processes. The Vice President of Finance will lead and develop the finance team, support strategic decision‑making across operations and sales and help align financial outcomes with operational drivers to improve margins, manage costs and guide the company through its next phase of growth.
