Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student performance and progress, maintaining classroom management and a positive learning environment, collaborating with colleagues, administrators, and parents, and participating in professional development and school events.

Valid teaching license/certificate. Prefer relevant teaching experience.

• Salary is based on experience and certification at a range from $45,000.00 to $83,500.00.
• Benefit options include Section 125 health, vision, and dental coverage, subject to plan terms.
• Voluntary benefits such as life insurance, long-term disability, and other ancillary insurance options (subject to applicable waiting periods, for employees who work an average of 30 hours or more per week).
• Participation in VEBA to receive up to 1% of salary deposited into an individual VEBA account (must be vested 5 years).
• Participation in TRF My Choice:
  Retirement Savings Plan or TRF Hybrid Plan, investment program (403b) with up to 3% 401a match, paid Time Off, 4 personal days and 9 sick days. This will be prorated based on the start date. Unused paid leave days roll over into sick accumulated days, and use of the Wellness Gym (workout facility for all employees and guests ages 18+) and Marathon Health Clinic.
