Moorhead is a land clearing and site preparation contractor specializing in large-scale projects including solar farms, commercial developments, and right-of-way clearing. Our team is dedicated to safety, quality, and efficiency, and we are seeking skilled laborers to join our growing company.

We are looking for motivated Laborers/Groundmen to support land clearing and construction projects. This role is essential in assisting equipment operators, maintaining safe job sites, and performing hands‑on work such as debris removal, site prep, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety‑focused, and willing to work in outdoor environments.

• Assist equipment operators and crews with daily site operations
• Perform manual labor tasks such as clearing debris, setting up job sites and preparing materials
• Maintain safe work zones by spotting for equipment and directing traffic when needed
• Use hand tools, chainsaws and small equipment as directed
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations and environmental guidelines
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues promptly to supervisors
• Support land clearing and construction crews with additional tasks as needed

• Prior construction or land clearing experience preferred but not required (will train)
• Ability to safely use hand tools and small equipment
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
• Ability to travel to job sites (per diem provided where applicable)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Reliable transportation to and from job site
• Willing to work 40‑hour weeks

• Ability to lift, carry and move up to 75 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working on foot for long hours in rugged terrain

• Ability to bend, stoop and perform physically demanding tasks
