• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer or communication skills
• Ability to work with students and families
• Experience in schools or similar settings

• Hourly rate is based on experience and certification at a range from $16.25-$20.75
• Benefit options for positions over 29 hours per week include section 125 health, vision, and dental coverage, subject to plan terms
• Voluntary benefits such as life insurance, long-term disability, and other ancillary insurance options (subject to applicable waiting periods, for employees who work an average of 30 hours or more per week)
• Paid Time Off, 3 personal days and 5 sick days. This will be prorated based on the start date. Unused paid leave days roll over into sick accumulated days, and use of the Wellness Gym (workout facility for all employees and guests ages 18+) and Marathon Health Clinic
