We are looking for full-time Physical Therapists for multiple outpatient locations across Indiana.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based therapy programs.
Deliver high-quality patient care and supervise PTAs and aides.
Collaborate with physicians and other care providers for best outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress tracking.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited PT program (APTA)
Active or eligible Indiana PT license
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
