Position Details:- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Days, Nights, or Weekends Only
- Sign-On Bonus of $15,000 for Eligible External Candidates
- Relocation Bonus up to $10,000 for Eligible External Candidates
- Weekend Requirement:
Every 4th Weekend
RTs evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, collaborating with hospital staff to ensure quality care.
Requirements:- Current Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- Graduation from an accredited respiratory care program
- Pass the NBRC registry exam within 6 months of hire or within 1 year of graduation
- Healthcare Provider Certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP are preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and work with EMR systems
