• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma / GED
• Associate’s degree preferred
• CPR / First Aid certification

• Check in with manager for resident report and receive any additional assignment.
• Supervise resident AM/PM care.
• Administer and document patient medication, and coordinate with nurse and physician for medication compliance.
• Maintain residents’ shift schedule and observe adherence to house rules.
• Monitor all chores and work projects.
• Lead didactic groups and assist residents with recreational activities that promote comfort, security, and recovery.

• Required:
  
  High School/GED or better
