Compensation: $1,190 – $1,460 weekly (plus mileage and performance pay)
OverviewDedicated Team truck driver tasked with hauling motorcycle parts and engines across the eastern United States.
Responsibilities- Haul motorcycle parts and engines in dry van trailers.
- Perform 100% no-touch freight and 60% drop-and-hook freight.
- Deliver an average of 7 loads per week.
- Drive routes east of the Rocky Mountains.
- Use the Team Pet Policy to take your dog or cat on the road.
- Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty if not driving.
- Weekly performance pay.
- $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus:
Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
- Must be a formed team.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company‑paid CDL training).
- Live within 75 miles of Carlisle, PA or York, PA.
