You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems and lead customers to make informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Martinsburg, WV 25403

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems and delivering exceptional customer service to help customers make informed decisions.

Required Skills:

• 3 years of HVAC Service experience
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues on existing residential homes
• EPA Certification
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, carry ladders, work at heights, and access crawlspaces
• Ability to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Preferred Skills:

• High School or equivalent
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this!
• Knowledge of boiler systems preferred

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay $30/hr.
  
  - $40/hr. (Depending on skills and experience) plus spiffs
