You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems and lead customers to make informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

• Competitive pay $30/hr.
  
  - $40/hr. (Depending on skills and experience)

• The position will be based in the field with a company-provided take-home truck. We service mostly residential homes and light commercial clients
• $3,000 ongoing retention bonuses (every 5 years)

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all brands of HVAC equipment for residential and light commercial systems
• Travel to assigned job sites and maintain effective communication with dispatch regarding schedules and potential delays
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately, providing quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Consistently provide a 5-star experience for our customers
• Accurately document service findings and equipment information, including model, serial numbers, test readings, and photographs when applicable
• Generate invoices on-site using company-approved pricing and ensure accurate collection of customer details
• Maintain vehicle stock, tools, and equipment in safe and orderly condition
• Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this

• 3 years of HVAC Service experience
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues on existing residential homes
• EPA Certification
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, carry ladders, work at heights, and access crawlspaces
• Ability to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• High School or equivalent
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this!
• Knowledge of boiler systems preferred
