HVAC Installation Assistant

• Pay Rate: $15-$20/Hour, Based on Experience

The HVAC Installation Assistant will work closely with our Lead HVAC Installers to help complete residential and light commercial HVAC installations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the HVAC industry and learn from skilled professionals. You will assist in all phases of installation, from unloading equipment to final clean-up, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

• Assist Lead Installers with the installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for each job
• Prepare and clean up work areas, ensuring tools are organized and accounted for
• Help measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and fittings
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on every job site
• Support the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed

• Previous experience in HVAC, construction, or a related field preferred, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions (heat, cold, tight spaces, heights)
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills
• Pay:$15–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Insurance:Short-term disability included; optional health, life, and dental available under company policy

• Expense Reimbursement:Normal and reasonable work expenses reimbursed monthly
• Annual Review:Performance-based compensation review each year
