Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Martinsburg, PA

Pay Rate: $40/hour Shifts Available
- 1st: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Short shift: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Short shift: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Short shift: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- Current 2‑step PPD within the last year
- MMR
- Physical within the last 6 months
- LPN License
- License Verification
- Driver’s License
- Proof of residency in PA for 2 years
- Criminal background check within last 6 months
- COVID‑19 vaccine, or a religious exemption statement if not vaccinated
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians; perform routine patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and maintain proper documentation of medication administration.
- Regularly monitor and record patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, respiration).
- Assist with wound care, dressings, and rehabilitation procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, progress, and assessments using EMR or other designated systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients and families about procedures, medications, and post‑treatment care.
- Follow infection control protocols, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and safe disposal of medical waste.
- Act swiftly during emergencies, implementing appropriate interventions and alerting staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance with annual requirements.
- Successfully complete required employment‑related documentation, testing, and screenings in a timely manner.
