WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage the full order process from intake through delivery and invoicing.
- Gather complete order requirements, schedule orders, and monitor job progress.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed.
- Follow up on submittals to ensure timely approval and processing.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, on-time product delivery.
- Coordinate field support visits and ensure resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and internal systems.
- Attend team meetings and assist with departmental support as needed.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Titan or similar preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and production drawings.
- Working knowledge of CP&P products and their applications preferred.
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
- Minimum of3yearsofexperience in customer service, project management, or construction site development.
- Musthave a valid driver’s license.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
