Submission Rules Can submit to only 1 position at a time Driver’s license address must be outside a 50-mile radius Previous perm staff must be separated for 2 years Previous travelers who worked 1 full year must be gone for 2 years Individual unit requirements listed in Pulse apply Travel teams must be submitted together in one email Max 2 candidates per opening (if full, submissions will be held) Can submit up to 45 days prior to start date Certifications & Licensing BLS required ARRT Registered Radiation Therapist Active WV State License required Required Skills & Experience IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT Experience with high patient volume ~25 patients per linac (50 total) 6–9 CT sim patients per day Varian equipment experience required Equipment Varian True Beam Linear Accelerator Varian ARIA Oncology Information System Varian Trilogy Siemens Somatom go.
