Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with minimal potential for overtime

• No weekend or holiday requirements - closed on major holidays

• No call or standby requirements

• Administer 30-35 therapeutic radiation treatments per day

• Perform 3-5 CT simulations daily

• Work with image-guided radiation therapy and CBCT procedures

• Must have knowledge of Varian linear accelerators

• Ability to administer external beam radiation as prescribed by radiation oncologist

• Work with 1 CT Simulation scanner and 1 Linear accelerator

• Use ARIA and EPIC EMR systems

• Work with GE Lightspeed and Varian 2100 IX equipment

• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Radiation Therapist
-ARRT (T) Verification

• West Virginia state license required

• Solid color scrubs required (no navy blue) - scrubs not provided

• No IV starts required

• Will not float to other areas

• Radiation oncologist or covering physician available during treatment day
