Job Overview

Ricker Thermline Incorporated is seeking experienced Construction Laborers ready to travel nationwide and contribute to specialized thermal construction and insulated metal panel (IMP) installation projects. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of hands-on construction experience who are comfortable using power tools, assisting with rough framing, and working in fast-paced jobsite environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install insulated metal panels (IMPs) for cold storage and thermal facilities
• Assist with rough framing and structural layout tasks
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, stage, and organize materials at job sites
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with foremen and crew members to meet project schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Travel nationwide for projects lasting approximately 3-4 weeks at a time

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of construction experience required
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Rough framing skills preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working in varying weather and jobsite conditions
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for extended periods (3-4 weeks at a time)
• Valid driver's license required

Compensation & Benefits

• $21.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
