• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on the cash register, provide efficient checkout service, process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Recommend items for sale, trade‑ups, and companion items to customers.
• Maintain clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves, take inventory, and keep records.
• Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages, tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sales merchandise; complete resets and revisions.
• Separate food items and perform stock rotation using first‑in, first‑out method.
• Utilize store systems and equipment efficiently.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (digital passport photo, poster print, creative machine) and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
• Assume web pickup responsibilities: monitor orders, pick items, deliver to customers as they arrive.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, orderly store condition.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Six months experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
