3/9/2026. Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00.
POSITION DUTIES: UR; ECP
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Registered Nurse, Case ManagerCase Management Experience required
Outpatient Or Inpatient Experience RequiredDischarge Planning Experience required
Patient Care Coordination experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Medicare And Medi Cal Benefit KnowledgeLength of Assignment: 13 weeks
Shift / Hours per week: 8D; 8a - 4:30p; M - F;
Weekends/Call:
Every 7th weekend
