Assistant Facilities Manager
Partner with the Employment and Human Services Department to provide resources that support, protect, and empower individuals and families to achieve self‑sufficiency. This role is based in the Internal Operation Bureau of Contra Costa County. - Coordinate outside vendors and various departments with current operations

- Valid California Motor Vehicle Operator’s license (out‑of‑state licenses accepted during application)
- Three (3) years of full‑time experience coordinating facilities operations or construction projects in a commercial, industrial, or public agency
- One (1) year of which must be in a supervisory capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management or a closely related field may substitute for one (1) year of required experience (no substitution for required supervisory experience)
- Two (2) additional years of full‑time experience coordinating facilities operations, safety measures, and construction projects in a childcare setting, school, or educational system regulated by local, state, and/or federal child development programs
