Summary: We are seeking an Information Systems Specialist II to support hardware and software deployment initiatives, with a focus on end-user device setup, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Key Responsibilities: Deploy and install new hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
- Decommission and properly dispose of old hardware
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications
- Perform inventory management and asset tracking
- Ensure accurate documentation of equipment and system updates
- Required Skills: Experience with hardware deployment and device lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of software installation and configuration
- Experience with IT asset inventory management
