• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need.
• Handle meal planning and preparation.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living areas.
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in client s condition to the appropriate medical professionals.
• Document tasks and create care notes for each visit.
• Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Nice to have — a state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Previous experience as a caregiver with special needs clients is a bonus.
• Shift availability: 8 hr shifts, 4 hr shifts, 5 days or 2 days, Weekdays or Weekends.
• Starting Salary Range: $20-21 per hour.
