Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Payroll & Accounting Analyst to own bi-weekly payroll processing for 200+ employees while also supporting analytical and reporting functions within our Accounting and HR teams. This role is ideal for someone who values accurate data, disciplined processes, and enjoys turning numbers into meaningful insights.

You’ll be trusted with payroll accuracy and will also contribute to KPI reporting, data analysis, cost tracking, and operational support

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
  • Ensure accurate pay, deductions, taxes, benefits, and garnishments
  • Maintain strong payroll records and documentation for audits and reporting
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies quickly
  • Prepare payroll reports and support finance/accounting as needed
  • Assist with payroll‑related employee questions professionally and clearly
  • Support HR functions as needed (onboarding, terminations, updates, compliance)
  • Prepare and maintain KPI reports
  • Perform data entry and validation for accounting and job‑costing functions
  • Support cost accounting activities
  • Collaborate with Accounting and HR on process improvements and data accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience running payroll for 200+ employees or strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines without supervision
Preferred Skills
  • HR or payroll‑adjacent experience
  • Familiarity with California payroll compliance
  • Experience supporting audits or internal reviews
  • Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience supporting cost accounting, reporting, or KPI tracking
