Prochnow Transport Inc. is currently seeking motivated, organized, and team-oriented individuals to join our team as Dispatchers

We are a truckload carrier operating throughout the regional Midwest, the lower 48 states, and Canadian provinces. Dispatchers work in-office only
, with both full-time and part-time positions available. While previous dispatch experience is preferred, it is not required—we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our team.

• Coordinating and communicating with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Scheduling loads and managing routes efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
• Providing excellent customer service to drivers and clients
• Problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

• Good attendance is a must
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
