Lighting Controls Service Technician

This is a full-time remote role for a Lighting Controls Service Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for performing on-site system maintenance and repair tasks, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service support. Day-to-day tasks include resolving field service requests, working closely with clients to address their needs, and ensuring optimal performance of lighting control systems.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and be committed to maintaining the reliability of our advanced lighting solutions.

• Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair to ensure lighting control systems are functioning optimally
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical problems effectively
• Experience in Field Service, including conducting on-site inspections and system installations
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide support and ensure client satisfaction
• Technical aptitude and knowledge of lighting control systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required to client sites
• Previous experience in the lighting or controls industry is preferred but not mandatory
