With three storefronts and an extensive retail website, we offer a variety of carefully selected items showcasing the Northwoods lifestyle with an upscale twist.
** Position Responsibilities
*** Oversee store staff, including scheduling, training and performance reviews.
* Manage store inventory by ensuring shipments received are accurate, processing transfers and damages and taking physical inventories.
* Review sales reports to inform staffing, styling and marketing needs.
* Ensure buildings and grounds are pristine, well-organized and fully operational.
* Provide backup coverage for all positions and support to EAU management and Corporate HQ.
** Minimum Requirements
*** High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree
** preferred.
*** 3+ years of retail or management experience.
* Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Weekend and holiday work availability
** a must.
*** Experience with Lightspeed or Shopify
** preferred.
