Join our Festival Foods team as a Guest Services Assistant Manager – PM!
Responsibilities- Provide helpful service: greeting, answering questions, addressing guest concerns, handling each interaction with professionalism and care.
- Uphold company culture: reinforce values during afternoon and evening shifts.
- Drive guest service excellence: set performance expectations and guide associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Support team growth: develop and supervise associates, including facilitating bagger training and fostering a productive, customer‑focused environment.
- Optimize operations: oversee department productivity and labor, align staffing levels to meet business needs and achieve target goals.
- Ensure safety & compliance: maintain loss prevention policies and enforce safety programs to create a secure work environment.
- Honor commitments: maintain regular, timely attendance in compliance with schedule and provide adequate notice for absences.
- Collaborate with the team and perform other duties as assigned.
- Relevant experience: high school education or equivalent, with at least 1 year in grocery and 6 months in a leadership role such as Customer Service Representative.
- Strong decision‑making skills: ability to make timely, effective decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: communicate effectively with guests and associates while managing a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Organizational skills: strong planning, oral and written communication, ability to lead, educate, and train others.
- Safety awareness: thorough understanding of all safety policies and ability to apply on‑the‑job training to recognize and address safety hazards.
- Must stand for long periods, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel regularly.
- Must have full range of upper body motion to occasionally lift product; perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods.
- Work conditions: primarily a temperature‑controlled environment; occasional outside work assisting guests, monitoring associates, and conditions.
Full‑time position. Afternoons, night shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our guests.

- Weekly pay & premium pay: hourly associates paid weekly; part‑time store associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays; full‑time receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
