Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Certifications
Required:
ACLS & BLS.
Local Rate:
Within 80 miles → rate reduced by $8/hr.
Must disclose if candidate has ever worked for Marshfield; if yes, must be separated for 6 months prior to submission.
All clinicians must clock in/out at facility.
Case Mix & RequirementsAverage Cases/Day: 28

Not required for RNs

Must be able to circulate within one of the 4 specialized groupings:
- Ortho – Total joints (with/without MAKO), arthroscopy, trauma
- Neuro/ENT/Oral/Plastics – Spine, crani, trach, FESS, plastics, facial fractures, etc.
- CV-T – Includes Peripheral Vascular coverage
- General/GYN/Urology/PV – Bowel resections, lap cases, da Vinci Xi, bariatrics, GYN (open/vaginal), urology (open/scope), c-sections, lap appy/chole
Staffing:
Charge RN always present;
Staffed 24/7/365 (minimum 1 RN + 1 ST); OR Techs:
Yes.
Primarily Days: 0700–1530 / 1730 / 1930.
1 week of PMs (1500–2330) approx. every 5 weeks.
Nights possible (2300–0700) with facility experience.
Choice of 8s or 10s (12s not guaranteed on first contract).
Call RequirementsWeeknights: 1–2 nights/week (end of shift–0700).
Weekends: 1 weekend every 5–6 weekends.
Holidays:
Minimum 1 per year.
Response Time:
Call Team 1: 30 mins;
Teams 2–4: 45 mins.
Floating to Outpatient Surgery Center (across campus).
Scrubs provided (Navy Blue via Cintas vending).
Orientation: 2–3 days with educator + 1–2 weeks case-based training.
