Must-Have:
- Ability to circulate a variety of surgical cases, including general, GYN, urology, orthopedic, neuro, ENT, oral, and plastics.

- Experience with da Vinci Xi cases and MAKO robotic assisted surgeries.
- Must be familiar with scrubbing for cases when necessary.
- Must be willing to float to the Outpatient Surgery Center across campus.

Description:

The role requires an OR RN with experience circulating in the operating room.
Candidates must be able to manage a variety of surgical cases, including but not limited to general and GYN surgeries, orthopedic surgeries, neuro surgeries, and plastics.
The average number of cases per day is 28, with 16 operating suites available.
Shifts typically run from 0700 to 1530, with the possibility of 1730 or 1930 start times.
RNs are expected to do one week of PM shifts approximately every 5 weeks.
Additionally, there may be on-call requirements during weeknights and weekends.
A charge RN is always present in the operating room.
There is also a team of OR techs working alongside RNs.
The facility uses an electronic medical record system for charting.
All team members are required to clock in and out while at the facility.
Candidates must be skilled in familiar operating room procedures and protocols.
The organization provides scrubs through a vending system.
A specialized orientation will be provided to new hires to cover essential procedures and equipment.
The role requires flexibility to adapt to varied surgical cases as needed.
