2. Ortho

Must be able to circulate:

• Total joints (knees, hips, shoulders, ankles)
• MAKO robot cases (with or without robot)
• Arthroscopy
• Ortho trauma
• C-sections
• Lap appy
• Lap chole
• Bowel resections

3. Neuro / ENT / Oral / Plastics

Must be able to circulate:

• Trach
• ENT (T&A, BMT, FESS)
• Plastics
• Breast reductions
• Spine fusions
• Laminectomy
• Crani
• Facial fractures
• Laryngoscopy / Bronchoscopy
• Neck dissections
• C-sections
• Lap appy
• Lap chole
• Bowel resections

• Ortho

• CV-T (also covers Peripheral Vascular)
• General / GYN / Urology / Peripheral Vascular

• Scrubbing Required (RNs): No
• Charge Nurse: Yes (always a charge RN in the OR)

• Weeknight Call: 1–2 nights per week (end of shift to 0700)
• Weekend Call: 1 weekend every 5–6 weekends
• Holiday Call: At least 1 holiday per year
• Call Response Time:
  • Call Team 1: 30 minutes
  • Call Teams 2–4: 45 minutes

• Floating: Yes – to Outpatient Surgery Center across campus
• Scrub Color: Navy blue
• Scrubs Provided: Yes (via Cintas vending, no cost)

• 2–3 days with educator (basics + CBTs)
• 1–2 weeks of case orientation:

Guaranteed Hours 40 hours per week Years of Experience 1 Years Required Certifications ACLS (AHA) Verification, BLS (AHA) Shift Notes Primarily day shift  or 1730 or 1930). Will do one week of PMs ) approximately every 5 weeks. Night shift possible with exp at our facility ). Call: 1-2 nights per week from end of shift to 0700, 1 wknd approximately every 5-6 weekends, and at least 1 holiday/year.
