Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

2E SICU – Surgical ICU RN Beds: 16 + 2 procedural Certs: BLS, ACLS required | TNCC & NIHSS preferred Local Rule:
Within 80 miles = $8/hr reduced rate Ratios:
• 1:1 high-acuity (CRRT, immediate post-op hearts, MTP, OPO)
• 1:2 ICU
• 1:3 lower-acuity/med-surg status Patient Population: CV surgery (CABG, AVR, MVR, AAA), Level II trauma, NSTEMI/STEMI, vascular, neuro, general, ortho & ENT surgery ICU patients.
Skills Required:
High-acuity ICU experience; titration of vasoactive drips required. CRRT, IABP, Impella, ECMO preferred but not required. POD 1 & immediate post-op hearts (1:1 with trained staff). Common Drips:
Epi, norepi, vaso, propofol, precedex, dobutamine, milrinone, heparin, insulin, dopamine, neo. Support & Resources:
• Intensivist & RT in-house 24/7
• GE monitors (RNs read/document own strips)
• Charge nurse each shift;
House Supervisor 24/7
Schedule:
Days 7a–7:30p or Nights 7p–7:30a Every other weekend & holiday Floating: SICU → MICU → patient observer if needed Scrubs:
Any clean/professional Orientation: 1 day onboarding + 2 unit shifts Important:
Must disclose prior Marshfield employment (6-month gap required).
