RN - LTC

Job Details:

• Work variable night shifts with mixed schedule: (2) 12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM and (2) 8-hour shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM and 10:45 PM to 6:45 AM

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week (except during holidays when unit is closed and orientation week)

• 13-week contract assignment

• Work every other weekend, potentially every third

• May float to Admissions unit if needed

• No on-call or callback responsibilities

• Minimum 2+ years LTC/SNF experience required

• Required certifications:
Wisconsin or compact RN license and AHA BLS

• Electronic medical record system:
Matrix Care (previous electronic charting experience helpful)

• Work on acute psychiatric unit with 13 beds providing 24-hour structured inpatient treatment

• At least one CNA on duty at all times with nursing managers and DON available via phone at night

• Professional scrubs required with no advertisements

• Dress code requirements: hair pulled back in natural tones, no hanging jewelry (stud earrings only), small facial piercings only (no rings or hoops), no tongue piercings

• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred

• Manager phone interview required

• Holiday rotation typically every other
