LOCATION OF POSITION IS WISCONSIN RAPIDS OR MARSHFIELD, WI
WAGE WILL INCREASE ON 7/1/26 TO: $54,505.75 to $61,659, with another increase on 1/1/27, based on a satisfactory performance review.

Wage: $53,437.80 to $60,450/annually
General Function / ResponsibilitiesAssess, plan and coordinate needed support and services to children who have physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities. Service Coordinators also support the immediate family members of these children and help problem solve issues/concerns that arise. This position has a significant impact on the children and families served, as well as on the organization, as it allows Wood County children to receive the items and services they are in need of, to keep them safe and allow them to stay within their home and community, (least restrictive and most natural environment) rather than having them placed in more restrictive and less natural environments.
