Locum Tenens Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Obstetrics & Gynecology Surgery

Location:

Marshfield, Wisconsin

• Locum Tenens – Ongoing Assignment
• Start Date: ASAP
• Coverage: Ongoing, including major holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve [half-day], and Christmas Day)

• Hospital-Based: Outpatient, Inpatient, and Surgical Services
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with substantial experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
, particularly in robotic-assisted surgeries
. The ideal candidate will assist in surgeries (C-sections, GYN surgeries, GYN-Oncology cases), participate in call coverage, and preferably provide outpatient OB/GYN care. The role encompasses both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with potential telehealth opportunities.

• Assist in OB/GYN surgical procedures, including:
  • Cesarean sections
  • Gynecologic surgeries
  • Gynecologic oncology cases
• Provide call coverage as scheduled
• Conduct outpatient OB/GYN consultations and follow-ups (preferred)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and patient management

• Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call (Call Only and No Call shifts may also be available based on coverage needs)
• Telehealth opportunities available

• Active Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Board Certification required
• Demonstrated experience in OB/GYN surgical procedures, including robotic assistance
• Proficiency in outpatient OB/GYN care (preferred)
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system (preferred)
