As a Social Worker at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. You will support and advocate for patients transitioning to dialysis and help them understand their rights and responsibilities, guiding them through physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient-centered care and patient rights.
• Travel between Marshfield and Wausau clinics as part of the role.

• Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; functional proficiency with DaVita applications within 60 days.
