• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced ability to align technical needs with business processes
• Experience with Agile methodologies or Dev Ops environment preferred

• Advanced analytical thinking and strategic thinking skills
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management industry standards
• Advanced skills in access management tools and technologies
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional partnering
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to various audiences
