Our Marshfield locations bring a wide variety of specialties, including a comprehensive cancer care. Patients have direct access to specialists within Marshfield Medical Center and across the health system. We offer full residency programs along with fellowship opportunities. In addition, the Health System has extensive education opportunities for allied health professionals.

Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1

Bs (cap exempt organization).

• Competitive salary with a compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract and potential to exceed the floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• 150,000‑dollar retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for four years (subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
• Four weeks of vacation and two weeks of CME to start.
• CME annual allowance.

• BC/BE Otolaryngologist in Marshfield, Eau Claire, or Minocqua, Wisconsin.

• 4 ten‑hour days available.
• Call coverage is 1:4 with PA support.
• Fully remodeled clinic space with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
• Two dedicated procedure rooms.
• Three Physician Assistants.
• Audiology Department adjacent to ENT Department.
• Speech Pathology onsite performs swallowing studies.
• Vestibular Lab for dizziness testing.

• Outreach to Ladysmith and/or Rice Lake.
• Collegial environment with OR team.
• Call coverage is 1:3.
• Clinic and hospital attached.

• Outreach to Minocqua Clinic.
• Comprehensive array of cases, full scope ENT practice.
• Well‑established referral base from across Marshfield Clinic Health System.
• Collegial environment with OR team.
• Clinic and hospital attached.

• BC/BE Otolaryngologist.
• State license and DEA by start date.
• H1B visa support.
• J1 visa support.
