You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• In‑house orientation and training provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions while performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or more in some work areas.
• Hot surfaces and equipment up to 500°F.
• Frequent lifting and carrying tasks up to 50 lbs.

• Standing most of the time.
• Walking for short distances.
• Climbing stairs and occasional ladder use.
• Stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching up to 72 inches.
• Manual dexterity for handling equipment and food.
