Position: Levitate Backyard - Food Runner

Compensation: $15 - $22+ (including tips)

Position

Description:

Food Runners in the backyard play a key role in the customer journey as you hand over customer’s food on an enamel platter, ensuring orders are accurately dished out and that customers have a great experience at a key touch point in the custom journey. Positive customer experiences are the name of the game, and it’s your job to keep things upbeat when all goes right and if any issues arise, answering questions about the food and providing solutions for customer complaints.

Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer service to all customers you interact with
Have an excellent understanding of the menu, recipes and ingredients.
Ability to expedite and finish appetizer style menu items as well as visually inspect all outgoing items to ensure they meet quality standards
Complete daily shift work checklist and ensure all job tasks are done satisfactorily.
Complete weekly cleaning project work, as needed and directed.
Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment.
Answer any and all questions that come your way
Must wear closed toed and non-slip shoes, pull back all loose hair, and be trained in the basics of food safety.
Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, communicate with MOD, follow directions, show up on time and be a team player.
