Position Overview

This is an evergreen requisition used to build a pipeline of candidates for future openings. While this posting for a Retail Assistant Manager - Full‑Time at our Store 0028‑Walmart Super Ctr‑maurices‑Marshalltown, IA 50158 remains open year‑round, actual hiring needs may vary.   • Assist the store manager in supervising the store team to create an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Support the development of leadership skills and help build your career path.
  • Interact regularly with customers, leading the customer experience with the store team.
  • Strategize to achieve team sales goals and serve as a key holder, efficiently and accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store.

Position Requirements
  • 1 year of customer service experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment.
  • Experience in training and directing others.
  • Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
