$3,000 Recruitment Payment for Full‑Time LPNs

Starting pay: $29.16/hour

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in honoring their service by ensuring they receive the highest quality of life and compassionate care.

• 14‑hour shifts 6 a.m.–8:30 p.m.; working 1 out of 3 weekends
• 10‑hour on evening shift 12 p.m.–10:30 p.m.; working 1 out of 3 weekends
• Weekend package shifts 6 a.m.–8:30 p.m.; options available with retention payments up to $8,000. (Applicant must work a minimum of 32 hours every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) to receive a lump‑sum of $8,000 paid out over 26 pay periods. Must work a total of 40 hours per week. Lodging and meals are available upon request.)

• Serve as the leader of a direct care team.
• Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents.
• Assess and evaluate resident conditions, take appropriate action, and adjust care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, and Medication Aides.
• Respond to acute changes in residents with professionalism, skill, and compassion.

Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
