Job OverviewLoad Planner – 3rd Shift
Position: DC Load Planner – 3rd Shift (Non‑Exempt)
Department:
Shipping and Receiving
Location:
Marshalltown, IA
Shift requirements:
Able to work weekends and all three shifts as needed.
Internal Candidates with less than 3 Attendance points will be considered for the position.
Qualifications- Be able to communicate written and verbally in English
- Be able to work all 3 shifts as needed
- Self‑Starter / Able to work independently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Responsible for putting trailers in the door and having them pulled when loaded.
- Ensure trailers are placed in the door with the proper rotation to meet on‑time delivery to customers.
- Operate the computer at the main desk.
- Must understand and be able to work in the Red Prairie system.
- Monitor inventory to assure proper rotation of product.
- Work on assigned tasks as needed.
