General

Job Duties involve operation of all equipment; stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk‑in cooler; prepare products; receive and process telephone and internet orders; count inventory and complete paperwork; clean equipment and facility. On‑the‑job training involves customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands‑on practice. Customer Service

Skills:

comprehension and verbal/written communication with customers/co‑workers over the phone and in person. Pizza Delivery

Skills:

ability to safely drive own vehicle, navigate roads/maps, and manage adverse terrain or stairs of delivery sites while carrying products. Essential

Skills:

accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to make correct monetary change (calculator may be used).

General Physical Demands: ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, grasp with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids, and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures/conditions inside and outside. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, maintaining attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
