Job Overview

Merchandiser for Greater Marshall and surrounding areas, TX. Hiring immediately. The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high‑quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

• Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying our products on shelves and coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• They will report directly to their assigned stores for their scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Merchandisers must use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; products are delivered in advance and are not carried by the merchandiser.
• A company‑issued phone with a programmed app will be provided to clock in/out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.

• Full‑time
• 6:00 am until the end of the shift
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

You work independently on assigned tasks but enjoy interacting with people  stay active and are excited to spend most of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. • Pay starting at $17.76 per hour. After six months, the rate increases to $18.68 per hour.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
