Job Description

The duties of the Postdoctoral Researcher include:

• Develop bioinformatics workflow to meet the needs of NGS data analysis including quality control, analysis and report generation following specific timelines.
• Support for internal projects and external collaborations.
• Create reports and prepare technical presentations.
• Write manuscripts and communications for conference presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

Salary Range Salary is commensurate with education, experience and internal equity

Required Qualifications

Education

• Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computational Biology, Computer Sciences, or related area.

Experience

• Experience working with real world genomic data, preferably in a research environment.
• Strong background in bioinformatics tools, R, linux, and/or AI/machine learning.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Familiar working in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of scRNA-seq/Spatial transcriptomics/AI/machine learning is highly beneficial.
