Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality management systems in alignment with ISO 9001 and other applicable industry standards. Quality audits are conducted across manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversight is provided for inspection activities at all stages of production to detect defects early and prevent non‑conformances.
  • The position collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to establish and refine quality control protocols that enhance product consistency, reliability, and safety.
  • Root cause analyses are managed to address quality issues, with effective corrective and preventive actions implemented to avoid recurrence.
  • Regular training is delivered to employees on quality standards, regulatory updates, and industry’s best practices.
  • Detailed reports on key quality metrics, audit results, and compliance status are prepared to support leadership in strategic decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 (quality management systems), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Proven experience in conducting comprehensive quality audits within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality control techniques, inspection methods, and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent analysis skills to identify issues swiftly and develop effective solutions.
  • Project management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret technical data and documentation accurately for continuous process improvement.
