DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care at an outpatient dialysis center in Marshall, Texas. Job function: Health Care Provider

• Provide nursing care and support to dialysis patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform procedures as authorized.
• Deliver education and support to patients and families regarding renal disease and self‑care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical goal setting to meet CMS standards.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification (required by state regulations).
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body, as required by CMS guidelines.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems within 90 days of hire required.
