This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in project management, and proficiency in CAD. Responsibilities include defining project scope, coordinating teams, and monitoring progress. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
