Coverage Needed:
- Start date:
ASAP - Estimated length of assignment: 1 year
- Minimum of 5 shifts acceptable
- Physician shift times:
- Monday: 7a-4p, 1p-9p, & 9p-7a
- Sunday & Tuesday-Thursday: 7a-3p, 2p-10p, & 9p-7a
- Friday-Sunday: 7a-7p & 7p-7a
Clinical Details:
- EMR: EPIC
- Support staff:
Average of 25.86 MD hours/day and 11.29 NPPA hours daily - Annual volume:
Approximately 24,000 patients - Patients per day:
About 65 - 18.3% EMS, 10% admitted patients
- 15 ED beds + 2 fast track beds
- Backup specialties:
Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Telenephrology, Teleneurology, Telepsychiatry
Requirements:
- ABEM certification required
- EM residency trained physicians only
- Active state license required
- Flu immunization required, waiver considered
- Orientation and EPIC training required
