Associate Dentist

Overview

Our client has a pediatric dental practice located in beautiful Marshall, Texas. Our client is in need of a full-time Associate to work 4 days/week with Fridays being optional. Our client has two practices (one general and one pedo) and their long-time associate is moving from the area to care for family. Our client is ideally looking for a GP who loves to work with kids exclusively and would appreciate just working on patients without being bogged down with the headaches of managing and owning a practice.

Our client has a great opportunity that will guarantee you a daily/annual income that is well above average, even for a small town.

The practice is highly Medicaid with some private insurance and FFS, and there is a considerable volume of patients. The associate's income is assured whether you produce $300/day or $5,000 day. Your guaranteed income is $250k/year, and you don't have to do comprehensive dentistry. The practice is fully capable of handling the day to day operations, so the right doctor has to be solely focused on good care and patient/parent relations.

Our client will entertain pediatric specialists for this position and would also consider paying more for the right fit. Our client is also willing to consider a signing bonus for the right individual.

• Active Texas Dental License (or can have one in 4-6 weeks at most)
• 1-2 years of clinical experience working with kids is helpful.
• Good communication skills with bilingual (English & Spanish) being a big plus.
• Previous Medicaid experience helpful, but not mandatory (we can help with credentialing)
• 1099 position.
• $1,200 Daily Rate Guarantee OR % of production (whichever is higher)
• Relocation and/or Sign-On Bonus negotiable.
